How does the birth control pill affect your weight, exercise and nutrition (assuming you’re a woman… if you’re a dude, I hope you’re not taking birth control pills 😉)? That’s what we’ll talk about in this article.

After all, there are a lot of myths and misconceptions about the pill, and a good number of women are taking it, but not knowing how it affects their body. We’ll talk about that here. What we won’t talk about is whether or not you should be using the pill. I’m a fitness professional. Not a doctor or a pharmacist.
